In 1992, Che Bella owners and designers Jennifer Meyer and Jenn Bresee became quick friends when they both worked in the theater department while attending the College of Saint Benedict. Jennifer was studying art with a concentration in theater design while Jenn studied theater with an emphasis in costuming.  Following graduation, Jennifer worked at the Guthrie Theatre building costumes and props.  Meanwhile, Jenn’s business sense developed as an administrative assistant.  Her interest in design also grew as she made wedding dresses for friends as a side job.  Jennifer also had an appeal for weddings as she designed bridal accessories for friends.  

 

In 1996, after many friend’s and family’s weddings, their eye for style and creative detail inspired one another.  Soon, the idea for creating timeless wedding accessories, custom-made to be the perfect details for any bride's day, was created.  more>
